Thank You BC Seniors’ Care Providers

BC Seniors’ Care Providers play an important role in maintaining the quality of life of BC seniors and they have earned our thanks. We value the contribution they are making with the families they support and the communities where they work. Without their skill and dedication, BC Seniors wouldn’t be able to live their best life at home or in care.

Are you an employer, care facility manager, health authority or training program facilitator? This campaign includes the development of resources that you are encouraged to use and share with your teams. Posters are available to download and print at your convenience to be posted in both training institutions and care facilities, and have been translated into Punjabi, Tagalog and Chinese.  Videos have also been created for the campaign and fall into two categories: videos thanking seniors’ care workers for their hard work and dedication, featuring well-known BC personalities; and videos featuring seniors’ care workers describing their work and the training they have received to become a care provider.

Permission is not needed to use any of the materials on this site, and we encourage all schools, care homes, health authorities and employers to use the materials to show that the work of Care Aides, Community Health Workers and LPNs is very much appreciated by the people of BC.
